- lCT Testing development and related technical support and services. Fixture design, testing software development, boundary scan testing software and hardware development.
FCT Testing equipment development and related technical support and services. Electronics and mechanical design, software development and customized testing solutions. Covering wide range of products, including industrial, medical, energy, consumer electronics, automotive electronics, semiconductor testing and more.

- Software system offerings encompass a range of solutions, including a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for managing manufacturing processes, tools for digitalizing factory operations, and an intelligent manufacturing information platform (Smart Factory System) etc.
- Testing-related Components. Electronic functional modules, mechanical modules and test platforms/equipment.
- Semiconductor Tester and Handler, including the process of functional testing, sorting, visual inspection and taping. Design and development of semiconductor tri-temperature testing equipment.
