The ADAS ECU Test System is based on the NI PXI system and is designed for the production of in-vehicle ECUs or ADAS ECUs off the production line.
The test station has integrated the following core components into the system, users can flexibly configure the hardware according to the actual test requirements, the main components are as follows:
Core rack: security, display, power supply, UPS and strong and weak power in the rack.
Electrical signal instrumentation: NI PXI-based boards, such as AI, AO, DIO, Scope, Arb, etc..
ADAS instrumentation: NI PXI-based boards and our customized boards, video injection modules, CAN/LIN, vehicle ETH communication modules, etc..
Customized wiring and mass interconnection: Mac panel based connectors, Switch for multiple DUTs.
Loads and High Power Switches: ECU loads and power switches, etc...
